A Highlight of the treatments available by our specially trained physical therapists:
- A comprehensive evaluation consisting of patient history, sensory evaluation, ROM and muscle testing, girth measurements, functional status in work/ADLs, skin condition, posture, and skeletal alignment
- Manual compression lymphatic massage
- Assistance in ordering and donning/doffing compression garments or bandaging
- Complex decongestive physical therapy is an empiric system of lymphatic massage, skin care, and compressive garments
- An individualized therapeutic exercise program
- Education in long term management of lymphedema
