Our get up and Go...Balance in MotionProgram:
- Provides education in making your home a safe environment
- Reduces the risk of falls in your home
- Provides rehabilitation of muscles, vestibular system, and balance through an individually designed therapeutic exercise program
- Provides medication review
- Reduces emergent care and hospitalizations
- Provides education in corrective exercises or compensatory approaches to ensure safe home mobility
