Our get up and Go...Balance in MotionProgram:

  • Reduces the risk of falls in your home
  • Provides rehabilitation of muscles, vestibular system, and balance through an individually designed therapeutic exercise program

  • Reduces emergent care and hospitalizations
  • Provides education in corrective exercises or compensatory approaches to ensure safe home mobility
