Vendors who cater to home healthcare users were on hand to display their products to visiting seniors at Nightingale's Annual Open House

Our annual Open House held Wednesday, April 23 was well attended and received good reviews from the guests. Tours of the building were offered and attendees learned of the innovations in home health care.
Several vendors who cater to home healthcare users were on hand to display their products to our visiting seniors. Nightingale Patient Advocates offered blood pressure checks and demonstrated some of our latest technology including the electronic medication reminder, emergency response system, photo light therapy, as well as home monitoring. Port-a-Pit Barbeque and The Snooty Fox served up a great meal of grilled chicken and all the trimmings. The Human Resources department was present as well to issue employment applications and discuss the benefits of working for Nightingale Home Healthcare. The staff of Radius magazine, Nightingale's nationally distributed health magazine, was on hand to offer complimentary copies of the spring issue.
Each invitee received a magnetic emblem of Nightingale with contact information-including phone number, fax, and web address.
