Nightingale Staffer Makes Dreams Come True


Carmel, Indiana, September 18, 2004 - "A Hunka, Hunka Love", recently took on a whole new meaning for Carolyn Hancock, who is a patient of Nightingale Home Healthcare, and a huge fan of Elvis Presley.

Amy McGinnis, an LPN employed by Nightingale, who has been in charge of Carolyn's care for the past year, knew about Carolyn's fondness for the "King" of Rock N Roll. This put her on a mission to plan a party that would make Carolyn's sixtieth birthday an event she would long remember.

Amy's mission took her to the doorstep of "Never Too Late", an organization that fulfills dreams for older citizens. This organization took the task in hand and arranged all of the details for contacting and contracting Bruce Borders, a well know Elvis impersonator who resides in Indiana.

As depicted in the photos, Carolyn's big day was a great success. She shared her special day with many friends at the recreation complex where she resides, and all equally enjoyed Elvis.

Nightingale Home Healthcare furnished the large banner to announce Carolyn's birthday, and participated in the enjoyment of observing a patient and an employee bonding in such a tremendous fashion. The event proved once again that Nightingale Home Healthcare employees do go the extra mile to serve their clients.

The staff of Nightingale Home Healthcare is pleased to celebrate with Carolyn, and we also give a big round of applause for Amy who surely takes "Love Me Tender" to heart.
