If you answered YES to the above, then Nightingale Home Healthcare has a great opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Wound Care Certified Nurse to case manage our wound care patients. This WOCN position will provide training and education to our field clinicians. This position will provide on-site recommendations for wound care therapy. This nurse will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team and assist with quality initiatives as needed.
Candidates must have:
- Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
- Valid RN Licensure
- Current CPR Certification
- WOCN Certification Required
- Home Care Experience preferred
