Duties Include but not limited to:
- Point of contact for existing and new patients - follow up on all patients that cannot be reached to start services
- Act as a liaison between the scheduler and patient through phone communication to obtain orders for services
- Follow up on all new patient referrals via companywide to ensure they can have immediate services and make the appropriate documentation
- Assisting with various medical record functions; obtaining and processing orders and completing the Face to Face process to name a few
