As a Scheduler, Duties Include:
- Patient / Field Staff scheduling to complete in-home visits
- Generating various reports and other various administrative duties
- Employee relations
- Work closely with the recruitment team or other clinical departments to discuss various needs
- Participate in the interviewing process of any potential department members or field
- Conduct or assist with the company new hire orientation / training program for new staff
- A minimum of two years previous scheduling experience is required.
- Excellent computer skills are required.
- Able to participate in the on call rotation.
- Flexible work availability to accommodate the needs of the patients and or company.
