Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Screens resumes and conducts pre-screening phone interviews, information sessions and leads on-site interviews
  • Develops and manages the new hire orientation process for all positions.
  • Direct responsibility to manage total employment and recruitment functions, reduction in force and staff transfers.
  • Assists with hiring process, including all on-boarding and new hire orientation paperwork
  • Responsible for all human resource activities to include but not limited to employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development.
  • Ensures that all human resources files are in compliance with federal and state laws
  • Oversees the maintenance and confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws
  • Working with the recruitment team and clinical team to ensure appropriate candidates are contacted and hired
  • Responsible for the IL patient medical records, filing, and compiling of information and reporting
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) year work experience in high volume healthcare environment with experience in recruiting, and HR functions is required. Minimal training will be given.
  • Computer / reporting knowledge is required.
  • Able to work the minimal hours of 8A – 5P with the understanding, longer than eight (8) hour days may occur based on volume / tasks.
  • An Innovative thinker; to explore and implement different and positive ways of recruiting / recruitment methods, and ideas to promote staff growth is required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to drive to different sites to hold interviews, training or advertisements.
